Arizona Large Commercial Energy-Efficient
Boiler Program

Did you know that boilers generally account for more than 40% of the heating energy in commercial buildings? If you are a Southwest Gas large commercial customer in Arizona who is interested in improving the energy efficiency of your business, then you may be eligible to receive a rebate on the maintenance of your existing boiler, or on the purchase and installation of a new, high-efficiency boiler.

While often neglected, regular boiler maintenance and adjustments can help your equipment function more efficiently. Boiler maintenance services and equipment that are eligible for rebates include: boiler tune-up, modulating burner control, O2 trip control pad, steam trap survey and steam trap replacement/part.

Application Details
Rebates are available for the maintenance service and equipment for existing boilers and for the purchase and installation of new boilers completed August 15, 2010 through November 30, 2011, or until program funds are no longer available, whichever comes first. Due to limited funding, please submit your rebate application as soon as possible after purchase and installation and/or service. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be postmarked by December 15, 2011.
