What should I do if I cannot find my stock certificate? |

A: Immediately report your stock certificate missing or lost. Contact our office. Stops will be placed on the certificate(s) and replacement paperwork will be sent to you. Please be aware that a fee of 2% of the market value of the lost certificates will be charged by the bonding company to purchase an indemnity bond, which is required to replace the lost certificate(s). |

A: No, you will need to contact your broker. |

How do I change the registration of my account? |
| |
A. You must complete a Stock Power form and have your signature on the Stock Power form guaranteed by a Medallion Signature Guarantee participant. Most banks, brokers, saving & loans, or credit unions participate in the Medallion Signature Guarantee program. |

A. We can deposit your stock certificate into a safekeeping account in the Plan. |

A. No, there is no penalty to close your stock account. |

How can I sell shares in my account? |
| |
A. Your request must be in writing. You can complete the Account Option Form located on the back top portion of your statement or provide a letter of instructions. Please note, securities registered in a partnership or LLC name may be sold or transferred on the endorsement of any general partner (with acceptable Medallion Signature Guarantee).

Will I receive confirmation of taxable gain/loss on shares I sell through the Plan? |

A. No, calculations on gains/losses are not calculated by Southwest Gas. It is important to keep all of your year-end and withdrawal statements that you receive to assist in calculating gains/losses. |

I have moved recently; how can I change the address on my account? |
| |
A. You can call our office or send a written notification by fax or mail.
Your written notification must be signed and must include your stock account number. |

I have not received a quarterly statement in quite a while, why would this happen? |

A. We may have an incorrect mailing address on file. Please contact our office to verify your mailing address. *It is important to stay in contact with the Company. |

Can I transfer my shares? |
| |
A. Yes, you may transfer ownership of all or part of your Plan shares by submitting a Stock Power form to Shareholder Services. You must have your signature(s) (joint account) on the stock power guaranteed by Medallion Signature Guarantee participate. Most banks, brokers, saving & loans or, credit unions participate in the Medallion Signature Guarantee program. If the transferee is not already a DRSPP participate, a new account will be opened. The transfer will be made as soon as practicable after all documents have been received and approved. |

Can I get a replacement for the dividend check I never received? |

A. Yes, if it has been 10 days or more after the dividend date you will need to submit a request for a check replacement in writing. Your written correspondence should include the name(s) of the registered owner(s), your stock account number and information on the dividend check you did not receive (dividend period). Please call the Shareholder Service Department to verify the status of the check. |

I have a stack of uncashed dividend checks, can I receive one consolidated check for these? |
| |
A. Yes, write the word “VOID” on the front of the check(s) and mail them to Southwest Gas Corporation. A new check will be mailed to the address we have on file. Please allow 20 business days for processing. *Dividend checks that are not cashed for a period of time can be considered “abandoned”. Many state unclaimed property laws specify that if an owner does not initiate “active contact” with the administrator during any three-year period, the property in the account may be deemed “abandoned”. Cashing your dividend check is a process of an active contact. |
